Leasing & Application Process

Online application is available from our website.  There is a $10 application fee for each person over the age of 18. We utilize the services of third party company to complete background/credit check.

Fees to be paid at move-in are security deposit, pro-rated rent, and renter’s insurance. Utilities are pro-rated and typically billed one to two months after move-in.

Pet & Pet Policy

Yes, we do!  We provide green bag stations throughout the property, as well as a dog wash station.  There is also a  community dog park located right across the street.

We welcome 2 pets per home.  Vaccinations are required, and we have a standard breed restrictions.  

Our pet fee is $40 per month per pet, with $400 deposit per pet.

Parking, EV, and Utilities

We offer free first come, first served parking.  For your convenience, there are reservable front-row parking for $40/month, subject to availability.

We do not have garages.  However, parking is plentiful.

Yes, there are 4 EV charging stations, conveniently located on the property.


Utilities are paid in addition to rent.
